Okay no one here is super jacked, and they aren't hitting traditional weights, but the characters undergo rigorous training to become soldiers capable of fighting Titans. The determination and bravery of the characters are bound to inspire you during moments of weakness. This one will definitely have you on a rollercoaster, but every episode is action-packed. Just imagine a mindless Titan chasing you while you're doing cardio, lol, go that extra mile.
